Furniture and Area Rugs
Armchairs $35, loveseats $55, and 3 seat sofas $65. I include a fabric guard and disinfection with this price. Please note that this is wet extraction and I chose not to clean fabric with high contents of cotton (over 65%). For microfibre furniture please add 20% due to the nature of the fibre. Minimum call is $85
Furniture
Natural fibres like wool and silk are $2.50/ft. Synthetic rugs are about half of that and cleaned on premise. Pick-up and drop-off is no longer available. Minimum clean in home call is $85
Area Rugs
Residential Cleaning will not be available after March 31st 2024
